Splash Page, Icon Logo & Front Page Design needed

Dear Professional Designers... We are in need of Designs for New iPhone Apps - BMI Calculator. And this will be a Sample & Starting project for a Professional Designer, and if we are satisfied with their designs, there will be lot of upcoming designs for many iPhone/iPad/Android apps. Here is the Designs needed. 1. Logo Icon - Need Icon with Concept for BMI Calculator (Body Mass Index Calculator) 2. Splash Page - Start up page/Default Image 3. Main Page - (Sample Image attached) Expecting 1. Very professional design with both Normal & Retinal Display needed. 2. All the images have to be in PNG & with High Contrasting colors 3. Main Page - Must be good looking colors and have to be the best design. Winner will be selected only if we get the Samples for all these 3 images, and once we have chosen the designer, he/she will be our dedicated designer, who will either working for hourly/weekly/monthly based or even project/design based.
