Small icons for webpage

I want to be able to add some small icons (presumably about 16*16) into the following page: [login to view URL] Next to the underlined headings in the "Elliott Symbols" section, I would like either to add a graphic of a question mark in a blue circle or a small i in a blue circle (or similar) so that we can hyperlink it and enable the user to click on the icon and a pop-up window would appears explaining the meaning of that section. Next to the "Elliott Symbols" heading there will be a list of graphics which will be presented dependent upon various conditions being met in that section. The icons to be created should match the first 8 symbols listed in the zipped scan of a book page. PLEASE NOTE: I am looking for someone to recreate the first eight symbols in the zipped scan, not offer alternative icons. There has been some confusion about this in the bidding so far. Let me explain what they are, as some of the images are not very clear. The top one is an image of a baby in nappies, the second is the sun, the third is a chequered flag, the fourth is a cloud with rain and a bolt of lightning coming from it, the fifth is a jockey and horse, the sixth is a bottle, the seventh is a cake with candles, the eighth is a broken putter. I would also like two further icons to be created: one that represented windy weather conditions, and one that represented 'ability to perform under pressure'. I have no idea how to display the latter one graphically, but hopefully someone will have a good idea! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? This includes a much better scan of the images that I would like the successful bidder to recreate. I hope this helps.
