SKILLED DESGINER NEEDED FOR SITE REMODEL DESIGN AND LOGO UPD

Our website [login to view URL] is still in development. We have design problem with the sides, and consitancy of design. It was supposed to be white sides but for some reason that didnt work either. We need some flow to the site and the sites or modify something in the design to make it work with a white background. I have attached some examples so you get the idea. I will need some quick examples and a final psd. I dont want to redesign the site alot as it will then need complete recoding which is alot of work. So only the jpgs in the design should be changed really. This project will only suit a very taleneted designer as i feel only they can recover the design to a high standard, However it is not a hard project in terms of work. PSD WILL BE REQUIRED THE LOGO MAY NEED SOME REWORK ! NO CODING WORK IS NEEDED FOR THIS ONLY A PSD WILL NEED TO BE SUPPLIED.
