Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative visual design solutions. Here's what you need to know.
Your responsibilities:
- Understand business and user requirements
- Translate requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts
- Effectively conceptualize, design and create high-quality visuals in a variety of formats
Your qualifications:
- Strong grasp of visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery and iconography
- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates elegant and innovative visual design
- Primary skill: Graphic Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Fireworks
- A complete Elance profile
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
For our various events we invite people to we send them event information letters, invitations and tickets/lanyards that we have designed.
We would like a designer that we can contact any time of the day for small quick jobs and large time consuming jobs, from designing a flyer to designing multiple variations of lanyards/letters/invitations.
We are looking for an ongoing designer who can work for us long term. We will decide as to the length we will have you on board on your performace and success with our tasks.
We need a designer who is innovative - understands our company style, look and feel and creates artwork that resembles that. We need to provide you with the text and explain what it will be used for and you create something fantastic that will suit what we need!
We do not have a budget set as yet - if you feel you may have the skills, creativity and innitiative to take on this job please send through your portfolio and your regular hourly rate.
