Edit an already designed Flyer in 2hours

I have two flyers designed by two freelancers but they are not responding to my cry for editing. For the first :
1. The e-mail address will be added (
2. The write up " CREDIT REPAIR SERVICE , 300$ ONLY " will be removed
3. The social network links will be added ([login to view URL]) , ([login to view URL]) ( [login to view URL])

5. Let the size be 24x18 and a resolution of 600dpi
For the Second flyer
You just need to resize it to 12x24 and 600dpi resolution
I need this done in 2hrs as it is a simple task.
