Create Andriod launcher icon and customize from existing logo image

Need to have someone take an existing icon and customize it for use as an android launcher icon. The works on the existing icon are not needed in the launcher icon. If it could be customized to have a more 3d effect, that would be a plus. Resulting image needs to be a 48x48 transparent .png with rounded corners. Existing image is rectanglar rather than square so it may take some tweaking to get the right look. Image is attached to this request. Thanks for looking.
