Need an artwork for a sign. Dimension of the sign is
52'x36' (minimum DPI 175).

Previously all stock photo rights for the banner have been purchased. The problem is that we don't have access to the original stock photos . And when the artwork of the banner is scaled to the size of the sign it has a poor quality.
So, the task is to create a sign. The sign is on a side of a local road ( 30 mph) and should be clear for the passing cars what it is all about .
Don't really need an exact copy of the artwork we have now, but it needs to have the same message and meaning. The layout can also be changed. Dimensions can not be changed. Should be delivered in png or psd layered format (CS3 compatible).
