Wanting to open up a group home for disabled young adults ranging from age 18- 50 with variant degrees of cognitive and or physical disabilities which might be limiting them at home and causing difficulties within families.
The program is geared towards males and females within the framework of client centered care, consisting of supports designed to further develop basic skills to normalize the responsibilities of independence and adulthood.
Starting with a 3 bedroom home, the home will be fully staffed with healthcare aids with specialities in caring for such a vulnerable sector. The planning identifies the goals and objectives of our organization in terms of detailed and specific tasks as it related to client service delivery, quality assurance and risk [login to view URL] are identifies through comparing operations to that of standards, best practice and over riding legislation and licensing requirement.
All programs through the program will be funded through [login to view URL] Executive Director assumes complete financial responsibility for the operation of Eden’s Youth Services. The agency follows practices that govern operations, strengthen internal controls and prevent fraud. Procedures include, but are not limited to: stewardship and limitation of access to agency assets, assigned signing authorities, ethical conduct, fraud prevention and investigation.
