Project platform like ClickFunnels with Laravel PHP framework --2

I need to understand how much it costs ($$) to have an equal ClickFunnels platform with the same features and skills. I want to create an equal platform that allows my customers to create Sales Funnels with integrated payment modules (paypal and stripe), templates, email APIs (Mailchimp, GetResponse, etc.), templates, subscriptions, affiliation, etc.. We already have all Wireframes and all designs ready. We also have illustrative videos We are looking for a team of REALLY GOOD developers who will give us a development solution. The platform must be developed in Laravel PHP framework. The platform must contain 2 languages (English and Italian). The platform will also have a design/version for mobile devices.
