Website design for website (html, PSD and FLA)

I'm looking for a web/graphic designer for a Vacation Rental project that will use an online reservation script that's based on php. Please note that I only need the graphic design part, not the integration to the booking script. Attached is a rough draft describing the page flow to give you an idea. Website layout and booking flow very similar to this website: westin-dot-com Deliverables will be in .HTML for the page templates, .PSD for graphic elements and the flash animation script (to discuss which one) I need the images/icons/buttons delivered in PSD format and the pages in HTML. You won't have to worry about the text and the pictures, I will add those afterwards. I would like: **the design of the pages very similar to [login to view URL] and I want a Sleek, Simple and Clean design to have an idea: prestigia-dot-com splendia-dot-com Please let me know if you have any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Templates to be integrated in are TPL files Deliverables in HTML, .PSD format and .FLA format for flash animations
