66630 Flash Cartoon Character Design

I need someone who can develop a flash animated cartoon strip. The cartoon strip presentation will be about 5 minutes in length. It will be based on a main character I have envisioned *but* that you will have to bring it to life in terms of designing it and turning it into a cartoon strip flash presentation. PROJECT GUIDELINE: This project will be for 10 episodes of this cartoon strip that I have written. I will provide the ORIGINAL story board information, your job is to put my storyboard into an animated flash presentation from this point forward called an "Episode". Episode Length: 5 Minutes (at least) Number Of Episodes: 10 (at least) Each episode will include Credits for: Writer Designer Producer You as the designer will get a credit listing as Designer. BID REQUIREMENTS: #1: I own FULL RIGHTS & COPYRIGHTS to the animation, character, idea and design, and this will need to be put into writing (I will have contract sent to be signed through fax or email or regular mail). #2: Must show PREVIOUS flash animation work, whether it be Character Design, Flash Intro or Presentation. Please post your flash portfolio in PMB. I am only interested in seeing your FLASH portfolio, so please only post FLASH examples. This is a requirement to be able to make a selection. #3: Payments are made ONLY after contract is signed, and brief demonstration shown that you have indeed STARTED the flash presentation. In other words, you have to show the character or at least beginning of the presentation before 50% payment is made for THAT particular presentation episode. No payment will be made until we see you have at least started on the character design process. Upon completion of full episode to OUR liking, you are then paid the remaining 50% for that episode. Basically you are paid PER episode (5 minute presentations). There will be TEN total episodes. #4: Please bid for TOTAL of all TEN episodes. Do this by calculating what you will charge PER episode.
