We need Animation,Designs,Flashwork

Hi guys I need anybody who can perfectly do this job explained below. You need to be a good animation and flash designer. Just ignore that but allow it to fully finish and then the site loads and takes you into a presentation where you see a red spot car and 2 animated guys drive off in the car and then Welcomes the website visitor into a presentation room where 2 animated people explains their business plan. Now, basically the point is that we need to do something about this kind but much more better and more improved. What we want is to basically have somebody gets to our website, then enters his or her details on our take a tour website. Now we want that as soon as the person enters his or her details on the Capture page, that he or she immediately would be told " Congratulations " ABC" where ABC represents the name of the site visitor based on his submitted name on the capture form on the homepage. So Congratulations ABC. You have been Nominated to enter the "xxxxxxxxxxxxx executive business presentation. Click here to enter So, basically somewhere around this zone we would have a Flash animated executive Luxury Jet and this Jet would have to taxi on the runway like setting off . And ofcourse at this point, the Passenger would have to be scanned his eyes in a similar manner but better and improved than was seen in the GDI video, also his finger prints scanned. Then finally, 2 presenters would commence the business presentation inside the luxurious jet. The Point is that it would be assumed that Visitor is been flown in a private jet and while inside this jet, he is been shown the business plan of the company by 2 presenters who talks and explains to the supposed passenger onboard the flight. By the way , the presentation inside the jet would be about 45 minutes of presentation and explanations . So, we would need you to tell us what part you can play here for us man and we need to proceed with this asap. Also note that Private Jet would have our logo and colour and design feel
