I need a wallpaper/cover designer for fb. I am looking for something like this one [url removed, login to view] I won't need graphic library for now, this will be discussed as a new project.
The wallpaper maker will display a logo on the top of the wallpaper. The user can save wallpapers to computer or generated image file will be sent to our php script for further actions.
Please only bid if you have experience in doing similar work.
