We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant that is proficient with book keeping and other administrative duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Data entry into CRM/ERP software.
* Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets.
* Answering multi-line phone system in the absence of or in addition to the receptionist.
* Proofreading.
* Special projects as assigned.
* Acting receptionist as needed (30 min of daily to provide relief for lunch period).
* Provide departmental support company wide.
* Departmental calendar management.
* Report to: Accounting Director.
* FSLA Status: Non- Exempt / Full Time.
Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience in an office environment working with Microsoft Office applications.
* High school diploma or GED is required; A. A. degree and specific training on Microsoft Office products is preferred.
