Virtual Assistant Needed to find Speaking Engagements

Hello, I am an author, motivational speaker, and women's empowerment public figure. I need to secure at least 10 paid public speaking events at Universities, Colleges, and Conferences throughout the United States. Your job includes the following: Research public speaking opportunities by contacting Universities, Colleges and scheduled conferences by email/phone (first starting with the South East region). Document the point of contact by creating an excel sheet with the following categories: University/College, Conference name/date Name/Person of contact, email address, phone number. From this list that you create, you will be reaching out to each contact with an email or phone script that I have already written inquiring about any up and coming speaking opportunities. The email you will have access to in order to contact potential gigs is through my email account. You will be responsible for keeping up with the back and forth of each proposal that needs to be managed. We are looking for a "yes we have an opportunity available" response. The moment an opportunity to speak at an event arises, you will then contact me and I will take over the conversation. Also, sometimes I will already have a specific event that I'm interested in speaking at and will email you the event and ask that you research the point of contact to land the speaking engagement. Please keep in mind that these engagement leads will need to be solid, legitimate, researched leads in order for me to land the gig. Time is of the essence.
