Training Completion Report

I work for a non-profit as a Trainer. I have an excel sheet that has a list of completed training organized by these columns (Manager, Participant, Status, Course Name). I would like to have excel to pull the data by Manager and create an individual PDF for that Manager to see who on their team needs to complete training. I have attached what I want the final report to look like (all I did was copy and paste the data from excel to a PPT template I created). I thought a mail merge from excel to PDF would do it but I cant figure it out. Here are the applications and tools I'm using. Excel 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Excel spreadsheet with data. I have also attached a screen shot of the spreadsheet, PDF template, and what I want the final look to be. Please advise if you can. Thanks in advance!!!
