Hello,
We are looking for someone who can make excel macro's.
We are an IT firm and we extract data from our clusters. (Disk usage, mem usage, ...).
The data is exported into .csv files.
Every month we import this data into the same excel file and the use that data to expand our graphs.
=The data we extract contains numbers & dates + hours. The dates & hours are in the wrong format so we need to apply a formula to that data to get it in CET and the hours in hh:mm:ss AM/PM.
The problem with this is that it takes a lot of time.
What we currently do:
-Import the data from the .csv files into the excel file.
-For time/timezone we need to apply formula to convert to CET & hh:mm:ss AM/PM
-To some numbers we apply formula to get an average/%
-Adjust our graphs by reselecting the series entries (adding the new data to the graph)
Right now we add about 15 csv files worth of data every month. It takes about 4 hours to get this done. In the future we will be looking at about 40-50 csv files which will make this entire process very timeconsuming & unclear.
What we need:
-We need a way to be able to expand the graphs without manually having to input & select all the data.
-Basically we want to expand our graph every month with as less effort as possible.
i've included the exported data & the final file containing the graphs.
Included:
-3x Extracted csv files (Already inserted into document)
-Excel file containing imported data & graphs.
