Export web data into excel to populate into additional excel forms and update on command

My objective is to make a template from the requested excel file as described below in which I can produce simple ads data within excel that will reflect current homes that are for sale. The data criteria that I would be inputting into each ad would consist of: Brief Property Description Sales Price House Square Footage Lot Size Bedroom Count Bathroom Count Year Home Built City, State, Zip School District HOA (Home Owners Association) Amount Listing Brokerage Name I would like to create an online query of data from several websites and have the data extracted into excel; I would need the data worksheet to allow me to refresh the data when needed. Keep in mind that not all data from the webpage will be needed, so if there is a way to extract only specific data, this would be preferred. Some of the data will contain pictures, it is important that the pictures populate into the excel file as an HTML code (think right click, View Page Source). The website data sources would be coming from: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Once the data is received into excel I would like for the data to then populate on additional corresponding excel pages. From there I will link additional data and may possibly need additional help once this file is completed.
