Excel Program to Copy Subset of Rows and Columns to New Tab

I have a few spreadsheets that have a massive number of records and columns. I need to generate reports from those of a limited number of rows and columns. I expect that I will mark the rows I need to print on an ongoing basis by adding a column for printing, and entering any character in this column will mean that the corresponding row should appear on a report.
One way this idea could be implemented would be to have a "report" tab in the spreadsheet. The report tab would have inputs set at the top:
1) Name of the tab to report on.
2) Column that contains a marker about the rows to be printed
3) Columns to be included in the report
4) Space between records
When you select a button like "Generate Report" then the excel program would copy over the marked rows and columns. The new tab could then be printed like any Excel tab.
Please be the programmer who does the work. Please, no firms bidding on this job. I do not want you farming out this work to someone else. I want to see the resume and work of the person writing the code.
Please show me some fragments of code you have written in the relevant programming environment. I want to see how you organize code and how you document it.
