Create a Macro (Format spreadsheet, transfer to report format in Word)

I send out surveys in Survey Monkey and then download the raw excel data, format it and then copy it into an Excel template. I then take sections of the Excel and copy into Word to create a report. Each survey has 12 questions that are a mix of written response and “rank your answer on a scale from 1-10”. There are two Survey formats with two corresponding excel templates. The Word report template/format does not change. I would like to push a button and go from the raw excel data to a complete report in Word. I estimate that this task would take 3-4 hours to complete a first pass, another hour to coordinate feedback with me and another 1-2 hours to complete the final product, or 7-8 hours total. From that I'd estimate approximately $200-$320 for the entire job. If you think my estimate is inaccurate I am open to discuss and negotiate. I would like to have a working draft by Wednesday 10/17 to discuss with you, but have some flexibility. I have 3 reports that I am creating on Friday 10/19 that I would like to use this new macro for, which is the ultimate goal.
