Excel report compilation

Seeking assistance to produce an Excel report based off information from 2 different Excel reports. This will mostly be manual data calculation and data manipulation. We have 100 staff entries, each with two lines of time-entry for a total of 200 Excel lines of time data.
Steps required:
-for each staff member (100 staff in total) you will start by looking at a vacation balance total number listed on one Excel file.
-On another report you will identify if this staff member should have 3, 4 or more weeks of vacation
-Using the total number from report 1 you will subtract either 30 hours, 40 hours or more based on vacation allocation.
-the final number will be entered into the Vacation balance column of the master document.
-Another column shows sick time balance. If a balance exists, 20 hours should be removed from the total and transferred to the master Excel file under the appropriate employee

- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Experience working with Excel files
- Attention to detail and accuracy in compiling reports
