We are looking for someone with extensive experience in voice and email customer service or has been working for a call center or is currently working at a similar kind of area and looking for a full time opportunity to work at home. On this role you will be working with internal support individuals. You will be receiving customers\' calls and emails, coordinating and forwarding the calls or emails to the appropriate internal support department based on the customers\' inquiry or problem. You will be given a list of the different internal support departments and the related issues each department handles. We will reimburse the expenses for voice equipment ( phone sets, router ) what ever you need to get started. You need to have clear communication skill in English, both written and spoken English.

Hi All, We have 50 seater call center in the Philippines. We previously worked with Comcast Cable but now we owned a call center after we resigned. Please send message if you are interested. We can cater your inbound calls. If you want you can start with 3 - 5 agents then we can grow numbers overtime for $7 per hour. I have been doing internet business for about 10 years now, I am experienced with the English language and I have been working in customer service for the last 7 years so I believe that I can assist well with the English language. I have also assisted with teaching the elderly how to use text messaging and computers so I can be very patient and knowledgeable. I am looking for something lasting longer than one month, if we can make this a usual thing I would leave my position to work for this monthly salary, without a doubt.
