record video of yourself reading script

I have a one minute speech I need people to read in English, while video taping yourself. I want to make a video compilation showing a lot of people reading this speech, so I will hire 20 people for this project. I will pay only up to $5 each since I want to hire a lot of people, and the video should be very short. Requirements: 1) good english speaker, i need to be able to easily understand what you are saying, accents are ok 2) able to video yourself somewhere interesting, and upload the video as the deliverable as high quality video file like avi or something similiar 3) the video cant be just in a home somewhere, it has to be outside somewhere interesting I'll hire people based off of where they think they can take a video of themselves, the more interesting the better, think landmarks, interesting backgrounds etc. Please let me know any questions

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

video quality must be acceptable, not too many artifacts, need the original video source, cant be indoors, English reading must be acceptable
