Sphinx4 Project

I currently have Sphinx4 ([url removed, login to view]) running on my Linux server. It is working with the AN4 dictionary. This project is to: 1) Get Sphinx4 working with the following dictionaries: HUB4 WSJ20K WSJ5K RM1 2) Code up a front end (perhaps using LAME) that takes as input an arbitrary MP3 or WAV file and converts it to a format usable by Sphinx, then passes the audio file to Sphinx. Input = arbitrary Mp3 or WAV. Output = Text. Options = Select dictionary (4 dictionary options). 3) A web page that allows for uploading a WAV or MP3 file. It then runs that through the audio conversion tool, passes the audio to Sphinx and outputs the resulting text in the web page. Web page should allow for selection of dictionary via dropdown box. Deliverables: Complete documentation of what you developed Source code uploaded to RAC and installed on my server Instructions on how to run Runs with sample audio files I will provide

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
