Simple Website, shop cart & post affiliate pro help

This is a very simple project. I could probably do it all myself but I need a little help. I need my website re created again and done in a more simple format. I also need help with installing the shopping cart, tying in the affiliate program using post affiliate pro software, taking the existing text/info and transferring it. I need to be able to speak with you on the phone or on skype. I need to speak with the person that's actually doing the work. If you're good at communicating, do a good job, then I will have A LOT of work in the future. 1. Edit attached photshop file exactly like existing website lolforsmb .com 2. Slice and optimize it, plus set it up in a simple html format so that I can edit it easily in dream weaver. 3. Transfer all existing pages (onto the new lay out) & content plus fix the layout/margins. 4. I need to find a shopping cart and tie that into 1. the affiliate program called post affiliate pro (or another one if you have a good one that's easy to manage) 2. It needs to be tied into my aweber account. 5. I need help with installing the shopping cart onto the website. (from what I know it's just copy and paste of the code) 6. I need help with setting up post affiliate pro and making it map under my domain name so it looks like it's internal rather than on their website. 7. I need help with tying aweber to the shopping cart, merchant account, and post affiliate pro. 8. I might need a few pictures and have them turned into transparent .png pictures. 9. I need a favicon with our logo installed into the site. 10. I need the nav bar at the top of the website to be rounded (fix in photoshop) and I need 1 more link added which is "seminars" 11. You will have to create the CSS 12. I need the "johnson boxes" or where the text under the video fits inside the boxes and looks nice. There are also some small simple fixes that need to be done to the website lolforsmb .com
