Looking for app developers/partners.

This site was just suggested on another forum I was posting on looking for help, so I'm new here. I'm not a dev of any sort. I've got an idea for a mobile app and I'm looking for developers/partners. I'm not comfortable giving specifics about the project here, as there's nothing out there that does what I want - from what I'm finding anyway. This technology basically brings together several key functions of several other apps and websites currently available to the public. I don't think any part of this project is patentable but I could be wrong. This will be a subscription service that saves the user money, plain and simple. The user/market is any consumer with a smart phone. At this point I'm not interested in paying someone to build this app for me, I'd rather bring in a team in exchange for some equity/ownership. Some reasons I'd prefer it this way are no money out of pocket, more collaboration and ideas, and frankly I think this is more than a simple set-and-forget project, with the subscription revenue paying the bills down the road. As stated, I can't find anything that this in one package like I want, I believe it'll be the first of its kind.
