I need an elegant, simple and attractive Elevation for my new house to be constructed.
The plan is of a 4 bedroom house. The family living and dining area should be ventilated and have provision for natural light, this area should preferably with a double height to attain light and proper ventilation.
Contemporary style is not needed as that style will not provide proper protection for the walls, the house being built in Kerala, considering the rainy climate prevailing.
A fusion of contemporary and traditional style can be adopted, provided all the exterior walls are properly guarded from rain.
This is a single storeyed building.
Kindly enlighten me about your charges for the services rendered.
