Set up email tracking campaigns, and integration/management of Google Analytics measurements and visualizations

I need someone to set up and manage the tracking of some email marketing campaign. It also involves setting up, organizing, and tracking the campaigns in Google Analytics. I already have all the content created for the campaigns - this project is purely technical. We are executing email marketing for an MVP of a product. We have 1000 total emails and 18 different permutations. We want to track the customer: A) if they open the email B) if they click through to go to the website C) their presence and website activity through Google Analytics There are 18 distinct campaigns: (3 locations x 3 variations of products x 2 types of presentation) You will then have to program the Google Analytics account so we can visually compare how each of the 18 campaigns perform (measured in something like "time on site"/"number of pages visited"/"shopping cart visits"/"sales made") The campaigns should each have some sort of a UTM code to append to the hyperlink that goes to the website. I have accounts with sendinblue, yesware, and gmail/analytics. You're welcome to use any combination of these in your system-building quest. I can help supply a csv/text file of all the campaign details matched up to their UTM/code if you just tell me how to structure the data (column headings).
