Hello, I had already designed and programmed a similar system using ESP32, it was a board with touch display controlling heating/cooling, humidity and oxygen inside an industrial eggs incubator. The system communicates with Thingsboard platform and sends notifications and data (temperature, humidity, pressure, oxygen) collected from sensors. We can discuss more details over chat.
