Sounds like you don't have the the negative supply of the ADC correctly specified, or you just need to incorporate negative values in your calculation also. That is not possible. Unless you are translating the values wrong. I will look into the source code to help see what is wrong. If I can find the problem immediately I will take the project. This is not possible. [update] I remember I had the same problem before when using this 18-bit Sigma-Delta ADC. Let me look into this.
