Piezo Actuator controller

I planned to develop Piezo Actuator Controller. I want to actuate 4psc of piezo film by input high voltage sinewave to 4 pcs of piezo film actuators one by one in serial order. The order is; 1A+/1B-, 2A+/2B-, 3A+/3B-, 4A+/4B-, 1B+/1A-, 2B+/2A-, 3B+/3A-, 4B+/4A-, specification is; 1. Sinewave generator : 0Hz - 240Hz 2. High voltage generator : 0V - 200V DC current max 10mA 3. circuit breaker of volt and current. 4. order speed : max 100,000 turns/sec. All of the above should be controlled by PC. Please show the experience with piezo control experience when applying by message.
