PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS  Designed Weintek Touch Panel using Easy Builder Pro and communicated with S7 400 PLC via Profinet network.  Designed Siemens Touch Panel using WinCC flexible and installed in Profibus network of crane to communicate with S7 400 PLC.  Modified BROMMA spreader program and ZPMC spreader hard wire to make spreader unique ID which showed on CMS and helped to monitor and logged spreader KPI.  Project migration of Step 7 software from Simatic Manager to TIA Portal of STS Crane.  Installation of Lovato DMG210 energy analyzer and communicated using Modbus RTU with crane CMS in order to view electrical parameters and logged the same.  Designed Crane Monitoring System (CMS) for STS Crane to communicate with Siemens PLC using LabVIEW software and OPC server.  Designed Crane Monitoring System (CMS) for RTG crane to communicate with Fuji PLC using LabVIEW software and DeviceXplorer OPC server.  Successfully got implemented remote desktop access of all STS & RTG computers on company LAN network.
