Description: We are a printing company that wants to create 2 different websites. First would be a basic website for Design Associates that is linked to a retail raffle ticket creation page with the ability to create and dynamically proof print material. The second website would have a very similar set-up for a wholesale raffle ticket creation site with the principal difference being different prices and different coloring that could probably be done with just changing the cascading style sheet.

The pdf is a basic plan of the website we would like to create. The sample designs were done hoping they would make the process easier. From what I have seen I was thinking of using Yahoo as the host. Their hosting includes the domain name and emails so I haven't gotten those yet. Any suggestions for the hosting would be welcomed. We can supply any of the artwork in the pdf to you for use. I've tried to give direction and an outline of what we wanted. You can use buttons, etc. that you think go with the idea we are tring to present. We wanted the colors predominently "Travelocity" blue with white and red for our web site and retail pages, but different coloring for the wholesale site, maybe predominately red with white and blue. The pdf samples are our general idea and any suggestions, improvements, ways to make things easier are welcome from you. If there is something that is very difficult let us know and we can change/delete it to keep the cost down. It would be nice to have the menu items and pull down menu turn to a white background and blue type when rolled over or selected.

The flow of the site we want similar to [url removed, login to view]

We would like our domain privately registered to keep spammers from finding and using our information. (Yahoo has this also.)

We would like to set-up 2 domain names:

Using [url removed, login to view], for Design Associates and the retail raffle tickets.

and [url removed, login to view] for the wholesale raffle tickets.

Features:

* Users able to create dynamic proofs or upload files at anytime which would be stored on a server or sent to our email and at the same time creates a proof displayed on the screen for approval and can recreate the proof with changes if necessary until it is approved. After approved, a hi-res file is sent with the other job info. to us to be printed.

* Users is able to order and pay for printing material online.

Any suggestions for this would be appreciated.

Log in/Registration:

* Ability for users to register (see pdf sample) Both user company billing and shipping info is required.

*the user can check box to repeat the billing info into the shipping info fields, these will be on file as default)

* Able to setup clients and email them the login information after approval. The login would not allow users that have emails from free sites ie. yahoo, hotmail, etc.

* Confirm the email account is valid and within the USA.

* User account can be set-up as tax exempt for resale after getting the appropriate resale number approved.

* User has to click in box to accept terms before using site.

Job Selection:

* First the user decides on 1 of 2 ticket sizes, prices and sizes are shown on that page. The user then clicks on a button that directs them to the page for the ticket size they have chosen.

Create Job Info:

* When the user is directed to the appropriate page for size, a Job number is created showing the date and time.

(ie. June 1, 2009 at 11:31pm will generate the following number- 060109-2331) 1st the date, then a hyphen and the time on a 24 hour number)

* The right side of the window shows updated total cost as options are chosen during job creation.

* Total with shipping is created and the user pays online with each order.

* Ground UPS is included

* Actual shipping costs plus $10.00 is charged for any non-ground, express shipping. (Is this possible?)

* the user can have multiple delivery adresses for products (have the ability to select the correct address during the order checkout). ie a default address and can select/create a "drop ship" address

* the page times out after about 5 minutes of inactivity.

Order Raffle Tickets:

* User then goes to the appropriate Ticket page and selects the ticket information.

* Users able to create or upload files and at the same time creates a proof displayed on the screen for approval and can recreate the proof with changes if necessary until it is approved. Customer then clicks on button for final approval. After approved, a hi-res file is emailed with the other job info. to us to be printed.

* uploaded files can be viewed also and be reduced to the size of the image area.

* The colors of the proof changes with the customers choice of paper color.

and the image can get updated after selecting and "update view" button

* User then continues by adding to the cart.

Create Artwork:

At this stage the user has the option to:

Upload Camera Ready artwork or Create the artwork online.

* The customer selects paper color and stub style. We have artwork for both of these. The customer can click and view samples of each of these.

* The proof changes color with the paper choice

* User types in info and can change font size, Font, and style. (have around 10 type sizes, 10 type fonts with italic, and bold.

* A proof is created dynamically that the user can change until the proof is approved through clicking the box and button on the bottom.

* This approved file is sent to us with the job info., as a hi res. file for printing.

* If the user selects upload camera ready artwork, they can resize the artwork to fit within image area.

The Shopping Cart:

* Shows the current jobs info. with customers info., and the total amount.

* User can then continue shopping, add a coupon or pay.

* A way for us to create limited one time use coupon codes.

* User can print a copy of invoice from this page.

Payment:

* Once the payment info. is filled out the user can click to save the info., and the info will be kept on file for future use. Or everything is keep and the user has to fill out simply the credit card info. to check out.

* When the order is submitted, we want something showing that the information is being processed, (ie. screen turns grey, etc.).

* Page is linked to a form of online payment. (Suggestions are welcome for processing payment, ie. Credit card, paypal, echeck, etc. )

* generate automatic email notification after the order is placed

* Once either artwork is submitted the user goes to The "order recieved" page and an email is automatically to the users email stating the order was received and the order will be shipped in about 72 business hours.

The Customer Center: (page not in pdf file) Same look as other pages. Has the ability to do the following:

* a list of placed orders with the ability to view invoices and to download and print each from the PDF file. (If this is to costly it can be skipped)

* the user can update his data at any moment

Adminstration:

* the admin can add other pages to the store with various information- (Can be skipped)

* Admins and users are able to manage records, deleting old information when needed

* the admin can start promotional campaigns and create coupon codes for discounts

Each coupon may be set-up to be used only once or multible times

* the admin can download a list of all users emails

* Ability for admins to limit users activity (possibly suspend and reactivate accounts, etc)

* the admin can insert notes for each order
