Create Kindle and Epub versions of my book

My book, The Lamp of Darkness is ready for publication. I have the InDesign files used to submit to the printer's, and I want to create high quality kindle and epub versions as well. There are easy export options available, but they're not such high quality. I'm looking for someone who's an expert in creating these versions who can turn this job around in a day or two.
I'll be looking for someone with exceptional feedback, experience, and communication skills.
As much as possible, I want to carry over the formatting of the book, including images, page breaks, etc. I also want a table of contents generated and links embedded.
The book is 105,000 words long.
