Simple Script to alter some data on eBay listings

What I require is a script, something like a winautomation independent apt.

That brings up an [login to view URL] logon window.

I can then enter my eBay user ID and password.

Then have the facility input a number of eBay item numbers.

Have the script change the shipping option to exclude not main land UK locations.
