We have an eBay template that has been created via an application called BoostOnTime.
We list our products to eBay via a third-party application called Codisto that allows us to attach templates to those listings as they are sent to eBay.
Because the template was made via Boost and the listings are being sent with templates via Codisto, there is a slight disconnect in the code.
The product(s) Title, Description, and Images are not properly showing once they are listed on eBay.
They are shown as; [TITLE] [PRODUCT DESCRIPTION] and then images are left blank.
You must have experience in BigCommerce, or the ability to read the documentation on BigCommerce in order to complete this small task. We will direct you to where the changes need to be made, we just don't know exactly what is needed so that the appropriate information is displayed.
