Book Cover and E-Book Cover Design

I need someone to design a book cover for me. The cover needs to show a young African boy between six and twelve sitting under a tree, with his hand on his chin staring at the sun or hands wrapped around his knees looking at the sun. The background or setting should show an African village, such as a marketplace. I will need to be able to use the design for a printed book as well as an e-book. I will need two samples to choose from. I will provide the winner with the title of the book once I have selected their bid. Whoever submits the lowest bid with the best references will be selected.
