Hi. I did the application for backup data via ftp (simple ftp client). Also i worked with external archivers. Where is the server: in the web or in local network? Have you source code? Which version of Delpih was used? I think I can help you.

As you said it was working ok and stopped working properly a few ago this is for sure that there is nothing wrong with application rather some dependent parameters like ftpserver configuration or some datetime structure, folder structure, or corruption or deletion of a dependent file. This can be best analysed by debugging applications in a debugger as to where it is failing and reason for the failure. I have been coding in delphi since delphi 1 and had coded numerous application. I can sure do this for your application Besides I can also work with ollydbg IDA and dede, so you can rest assured that it will be done good. thanks Raj

I doubt that it is Delphi problem. Did you change the computer? Is it window 7 or 8? if yes check your administrator rights. If no then it is Delphi. For my experience go to www dot limelect dot com
