Real Estate Virtual Assistant

1. Primary Objective • Manage Google Calendar and schedule meetings • Save, rename, and organize documents on Google Drive • Answer customer email and phone inquiries • Input and update Multiple Listing Service postings • Update advertising websites with relevant information • Send contracts to clients for electronic signatures • Fill out real estate contracts with provided information • Update and organize TopProducer client database • Make and present Comparative Market Analysis reports for clients • Additional miscellaneous research and administrative tasks 2. Key Skills • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills – you will be working with United States based clients • Available to work in US Eastern Time Zone 9AM – 5PM Monday-Friday, 40+ hours a week • 1 Year + experience as a virtual assistant and excellent references • Very responsive – should be able to respond within 5 minutes of an email or Skype call • Attention to detail • Great ability to focus • Excellent with technology and able to learn new technology quickly • Very ambitious, self motivated, hard working and driven personality 3. Compensation • $1,000 a month + 13th month • 5 Days Paid Leave • Bonuses and promotions • Opportunity for paid trip to United States The Virtual Assistant is an individual that is willing to do whatever it takes to support the CEO of a successful real estate company. Communication is critical. You must be able to respond to emails and Skype calls within 5 minutes and have excellent English written and verbal skills. You must be a problem solver and anticipate needs before they arise. The tasks you will be responsible for must be completed with a very high degree of quality as you will be working with very high net worth clients. This is not a short term or project based position. We are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant that is willing to be with the company for several years. Training and support will be provided to make sure that you can do your job at the highest level of efficiency. Please do not apply if you are looking for an easy virtual assistant position.
