Personal Assistant - repost

Hello, BACKGROUND I am looking to hire a personal assistant on a monthly retainer to help with personal and business tasks. The expected hours of work per month is 40, however this may vary up and down from time to time. I work full-time and have a few side interests that need an extra hand their management. TASKS The selection of tasks and work load will vary considerably, and will be mixed ~50% related to ongoing management of projects, 30% related to market research and 20% related to personal admin tasks. The management of projects will mainly include websites, apps and property. I will prepare a document to explain each of these in detail. Online market Research will be comprised of desktop research on random items – for example, suppliers of specific wholesale products in China, competitor activities, news items, sourcing domain names, making inquiries and phone and email, receiving phone calls, researching competitors) Personal admin tasks will include record keeping for myself, reminders, booking movie tickets etc. REQUIREMENTS Must have experience working as an personal assistant Must speak and write fluent English Must have a sense of humour. Must be efficient on research, excel and word (no PPT required). Any experience on Shopify an added bonus. Must be available to answer phone calls and emails Monday to Friday (both by me and by other people inquiring about business/personal things) Must be able to work at least some hours of Australia working day (EST) Must be willing to receive phone calls on own cell-phone Must have own credit card to temporarily cover expenses (you will be refunded for all expenses, so this will be good for your credit rating) HOURS 40 hours of work per month inclusive on the retainer Additional hours are billed at the same hourly rate Hours of work: 40 hours / month Project Duration: Ongoing PROPOSALS Please send me you proposal and recent examples of your executive assistant work (i.e. a report you compile/ tak you completed for another client).. Once receiving all the proposals, I will pick 5 applicants and have a 20 minute case study and 20 minute skype interviews with each. From there I will pick an applicant and complete a 1-month trial (fully paid), at which point we can discuss what is working, whats not etc. *IMPORTANT* All responses must open with words ‘BANANA MONKEY’ so I know you have read the entire job description and are not replying to all jobs.
