Online Research & Data Entry Task

Delivery Date: by August 21 I need to update an online database using a web based entry form for institutions of 2 types. I will provide an excel speadsheet with all the institution names. The data will be searched online. The data field types are basic academic Institution contact details such as institution website, phone, address, email, fax etc. and also advanced details such as Program type, institution type, course titles (with given keyword), affiliations, logo image, social media links, brief description about institution and the program, intro text (with limited characters) etc. The steps involved are these: 1. Copy the institution name from the excel and paste on google/ search engines to search the institution website 2. based on the info available on its website and other online sources, populate the web based entry forms to complete each entry. 3. For logos : capture / copy, paste institution logos (from google image search or institution website) in local storage and upload them in each associated institution logo fields. 4. For video links: Check for youtube video availability for each institution and if available, copy and paste the link with given format in the respective video link field. Specific data for project: Total Number of Entry Forms: 144 Total Number of Fields for each entry: 39 # of Mandatory fields that needs to be completed for each entry to complete project: 17 Budget for 144 entries if Fully completed (correctly populating ALL 39 fields in each form): $432 USD Budget for partial completion of 144 entries (with ALL mandatory fields correctly populated) : $188 USD Total payment will be calculated based on total number of fields populated. so the more information is populated, the more will be the payment (Maximum $432 USD) Types of entry fields: Text, numbers, links, images, check boxes, drop down menu selections.
