Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with the accurate entry of car parts (such as brake pads, batteries, other parts) information into our automotive parts website. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, a basic understanding of automotive parts, and the ability to conduct thorough research to determine compatibility of parts with specific car models.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data for various car parts, including but not limited to brake pads and batteries, into our website database.
Conduct detailed research to find part numbers for a provided list of cars and ensure accurate data entry for these parts.
Determine which car models are compatible with each part and connect these parts to the specific cars in our database.
Verify the accuracy of the data entered and make necessary corrections to ensure high data integrity.
Communicate progress and any challenges encountered during the data entry process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
Basic knowledge of car parts and understanding of automotive industry standards is preferred.
Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and responsiveness.
