Virtual Assistant Administration Officer for busy company - ACCOUNTABILITY PLUS

We are looking for a highly skilled virtual assistant who will work as part of our virtual team of assistants managing the administration of our business. We are an Australian Labour Hire company with operations across three areas of Australia. We need someone to work 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday and Sunday shifts, and evening shifts available (when colleagues need cover). This is an extremely busy job that has very visible outcomes. If you don't love achieving outcomes, problem solving, getting things done, then please do not apply. You must be highly proficient with web based applications, google suite of products, excel, handling emails, managing database and high attention to detail. You must be able to follow establish procedures and be reliable. You must be as fluent in English as a native speaker (in both oral and written communication). Your internet connection must be fast, you must have a back up internet, and you must be able to work from a location that is free from background noise and distractions. This role is ongoing, and works as part of a team of people located in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Philippines, India and Bulgaria.
