I am a new Real Estate Agent that utilized various websites to advertise apartments that can be rented. The challenging part for me is the time that it takes to post the Listings. It is a very straightforward process we are essentially taking apartment rental listings from website and putting them on a different site that I have a payed subscriptions with to advertise as a real estate agent. I’m addition to screen shot and uploading the photos to the site that I use it is important the we input all of the accurate information about the apartment such as the number of bedrooms, the address, special things that are in the description that make the apartment unique or special that someone will want ton rent it. I am more than happy to explain in detail how it is done and I am sure you will understand.
