Hide Excel Worksheet but should still be accessible

I already gave this project to a freelancer who ran a macro to hide some worksheets if user login and user is NOT admin. Problem now is that once user login, it hides other worksheets but user can still rightclick on the tab menu and unhide the sheet. If I change the settings of the worksheet to xlVeryHidden then excel does not link the formulas in those sheets to other worksheets and the model therefore becomes useless.
The model is built with many worksheets and formulas. The first two worksheets contain navigation links that can direct users to all other worksheets. So once user login, i only want them to see the first two worksheets (see attached) and not being able to right click and unhide other worksheets but formulas should be readable in those hidden worksheets after use login.

I can work Excel sheets very well and enter data correctly without making errors in proper manner so you will not get confused with the data
I think you can make this by use a password to show the needed sheets and the admin have this password and same time al formula will work completely.
