Download data from website then sort and hide unwanted data in a spreadsheet

1) Go to the DGS Property search website below.
([url removed, login to view])
2) There will be a few thousand red dots or properties.
3) Click the "Identify" icon.
4) Highlight roughly 100 dots/properties at a time, as that is the max allowed.
5) Click "Download Results".
6) Do this for all dots/properties.
8) Merge excel documents so all properties are in one document.
7) Sort the spreadsheet by "Department"
8) Hide all results except for the property results which are under "Department" -> "OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY MAYOR FOR PLANNING & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT" or any version like that ie. "OFFICE OF DEPUTY MAYOR & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMEN", "OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY MAYOR FOR PLANNING & EC", "OFFICE OF DEPUTY MAYOR", etc.
9) Save and send me the document.
