1)Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. 2)Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. 3)Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. 4)Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. 5)Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Sir/Ma'am I have studied bachelor of science in Office Systems Management and thus gave me transcription skills, shorthand skills and ability to work well as a secretary. I have worked in a call center for more than 5 years; I was in phone support for Tracfone, Net10 and Safelink. I have also worked as chat and email support for an IPTV company and I am doing both chat and email at the same time and i believe I did well. Hi, After reviewing your job post and requirement I believe I am the best fit for this job with the 8 years of experience in Inbound customer support and 10 years in telemarketing.
