Online Roster System(repost)

Hi, I need a web application developed preferably using VB.net or C# that needs to do the following: I want a full screen Calendar with tabs at the top. The calendar is to display jobs in the days of the calendar and when a user clicks on the jobs they can view all of the details of the jobs. Each job will have approx 30 different fields varying in type and size. They can also see what employees are on the job, their shifts, the uploaded files to the job, the documentation for the job and add notes to the job and to employees. The tabs for the primary tabs should be add job, assign job (where the admin assigns a created job to a day and shift and adds employees to the job) Each job will also need to have 5 documents attached to it that can be viewed and edited by the admin and signed off by a client using an electronic signature. I would like these documents in whatever form you wish them to be, to be filled with the data given in the job details and then there will be some default paragraphs for all of them which will have to be editable per job by the user and then saved. I also need to be able to upload files to jobs such as images, pdfs, documents etc and a place on the application where eveything that is uploaded can be viewed. It is very important that this application is iPhone compatible as many of the clients will wish to view and sign off on jobs using their phones. 3 user types: Super Admin: Can add employees to the system, can add users to the systems, and can do all other functionality. Admin: Can add jobs, assign jobs to days and employees, Client: Can view the calendar and click the jobs and view the job details and sign off on documentation. I realise this is a high level brief and look forward to discussing it with you in more detail. A crucial part of this project is the timeline and if possible I would like it completed in 7 working days. Please put timelines in your responses.
