Sales prospects database creation part 2

This is a data entry assignment aiming to collect at least 500 targeted freely accessible contacts from specific websites. 1. Go on the websites of 10 law firms 2. Browse the online directories of legal professionals under sections: 'Our people', 'Find a lawyer', 'Lawyers'... 3. Filter the contact list for the requested categories starting with Office location, ex: London, then Practice, ex: Corporate M&A 4. Identify Partner and (of) Counsel lawyers who are involved in international deals or disputes (examples of relevant practice group titles: International M&A, International Dispute Resolution...) 5. IMPORTANT: Check the profiles of the Partners and (of) Counsels to confirm that they are dealing with foreign clients/jurisdictions, cross-border matters when the international nature of their work is not apparent in their practice group title before adding them to the database: Exposure to foreign jurisdictions/languages/clients is the qualification criteria. 6. Enter the contact names, practice area/expertise and regional focus if there is one (ex: Africa, Asia, Middle East...), telephone and email of all Partners and (of) Counsels in the attached spreadsheet. Example: 10 Partners and 5 (of) Counsels in London, 7 Partners and 3 (of) Counsels in Brussels, 13 Partners and 2 (of) Counsels in Amsterdam, 6 Partners and 4 (of) Counsels in Luxembourg (= 50 contacts for 1 law firm with offices in London, Brussels, Amsterdam and Luxembourg) The office locations to scan are: London, Brussels, Amsterdam and Luxembourg. The practice/expertise areas to scan are: - Corporate, (International) Mergers & Acquisitions - Investment Management - Private equity - Restructuring - Tax - (International) dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation - Capital markets - Restructuring and insolvency - Antitrust and competition We are aiming for at least 500 Partner and (of) Counsel level contacts across 10 law firms.
