Restaurants menus data entry

I have a bunch of restaurant menus scanned as images that I need to input into an excel sheet. The excel sheet has the following columns: - Menu item (the item's title) - Item category (where it belongs to in the menu) - Item details (the ingredients of the item) - Item price All the above are found on the menu pages, I just need somebody to copy them as text into the excel sheet. I will provide you the empty excel sheet. Whoever can propose the maximum number of menus he/she can make for 30$ wins the bid. If the progress goes well, I will keep giving new menus in exchange for additional payments.
